This hot tools flat iron sucks!!!!
After years of being faithful to hot tools, it was time to replace iron and decided to upgrade from the 1190 to 1199 hot tools ceramic flat iron, I was quickly disappointed when the first use of a piece of hair was pulled out of my head. There is a major design flaw, the seams where the hot plate meets the plastic, there is just enough space for locks of hair getting caught. It is unfortunate because I spent a lot of money on this and choose to spend more to replace or continue to use the cost of pain to my little head.
This tool has two design flaws. The first is when both clips are assembled near the handle. Your hair gets caught in there and you’re forced to go out, leaving tufts of hair in the tool. The second flaw is the clip on the handle (to hang it?): He fell backward and forward, get in the way of the trunk release. Finally I attached mine with a sinuous. I am in the market for a different straightening iron and it was a big waste of money. Do not think twice … forward.
