Right or wrong

Last sunday on the way to exam hall , I was locked by three thieves . Fortunately , my friend found her when the girl was about to take my wallet out of my pocket . I tried to quarrel with them , but my friend stopped me and we went on to our exam .
Days ago it was said an old lady hurt a thief by her knife . But to our surprise , the thief informed to procecute the old lady for her unjustifiable self-defense .
Another story : An officer who was in charged of the project of destorying was killed by the owner of the project which was about to be destoried . To our surprise again , many people tried to protect the killer from execution .
So what ‘s wrong with our society ? What is right ? And what ‘s not right ? Puzzling !
